A Founding Member place is one per company: sign in with your work email, and your company’s email domain holds the place for everyone who works there. Enterprise starts with a conversation, because seats, SSO, and an advisory session have to be scoped.
A paid plan renews automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. Cancel any time from the billing portal in your account — no call, no email request. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. The renewal and refund terms in full.
