We show our math.
The Federal Readiness Score is a 100-point diagnostic — 62 lenses across 12 categories, computed from public federal data. Here is what goes in, what stays out, and what we will never claim.
Registration & Identity
Is the company registered, current, and unambiguous in the government’s own systems?
Certifications & Set-Asides
Which socioeconomic certifications and set-aside eligibilities are on record.
Compliance Posture
Publicly observable FedRAMP, CMMC, and SOC 2 signals — verified and self-reported, kept distinct.
Market Fit & TAM
How the company’s offering maps to what agencies actually buy.
Competitive Position
How the company sits among the vendors already winning its market.
Financial Readiness
Public signals of capacity to take on federal work.
Past Performance
The public federal track record — engagements, agencies, recency.
Organizational Capability
Public signals of the team and structure behind the offering.
Product Architecture
How the product’s publicly described architecture aligns with federal deployment models.
Contract Vehicle Strategy
Presence on and proximity to the vehicles agencies buy through.
Channel & Partnership Readiness
Public teaming, reseller, and integrator relationships.
Intelligence & Pipeline Signals
Forward-looking public signals — solicitations, awards momentum, program activity.
Total Federal Footprint
A company's Total Federal Footprint is the sum of its publicly reported prime contract obligations, rolled up across its registered entities. Multi-award program ceilings are shown only as Vehicle Access — a ceiling is permission to compete, not money obligated — and are never summed into footprint totals.
Annualized magnitude
Where a contract's magnitude must be compared across different periods of performance, we annualize it as Mannual = Vtotal ÷ (months ÷ 12), following the approach in Chenega Federal Systems v. United States, B-417037.2 (2019).
Supplier performance risk scores
The government's Supplier Performance Risk System is government-only. We never claim visibility into it.
Classified contracts
Classified awards are exempt from public reporting under FAR 4.606(c). They are not in our data, so they are not in your score.
Attestation dressed as verification
A company saying it is compliant is not the same as a government record saying so. We render the two differently, everywhere, always.
Solid check, source, and observation date — a government-published record we observed ourselves.
Outlined badge, no check — the company says so; no public register confirms it.
No public signal either way.
- Federal obligations data reflects FPDS reporting, which carries a standard +90-day lag.
- Sub-award data is reported only above the $30,000 FFATA threshold.
- Classified awards are exempt from public reporting (FAR 4.606(c)) and are absent from all figures.
- Data refreshes on a rolling cadence from the public sources listed in the footer; every vendor page carries its observation dates.
- GovExpress is a diagnostic. We are not an assessor, a 3PAO, or a certification body, and nothing on this platform certifies anything.
